Granola and yoghurt breakfast made extra special with festive nuts.
It is hardly Christmas without a delicious bowl of spiced nuts. I love Waitrose’s Christmas nut collection this year, especially their coffee, chocolate and pistachio nut mix.
For an extra special breakfast, I’ve served with yoghurt, blueberries and granola. This bowl of goodness is equally exquisite as a mini treat or as a snack.
I’ve used store-bought granola to keep things simple, but you may, of course, make your own if you prefer.Print
Festive breakfast idea – granola and yoghurt with Christmas nuts.
- 150g soy yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons granola
- 1 medium kiwi, sliced
- Handful blueberries
- 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon coffee, chocolate and pistachio nut mix
- 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
- Maple syrup to taste (optional)
Spoon the yoghurt into a medium cereal bowl. Top with granola, nut mix, fruit and desiccated coconut. Drizzle with maple syrup if you desire.
