Welcome to Vegan by Somi, which is all about vegan nutrition, health and fitness.
I started eating a plant-based diet due to allergies and food intolerances. I have been able to heal my allergies through diet, and I have also experienced lots of additional benefits in various areas including, fitness and mental health. You can read my story about why I became vegan.
