    This is a review of Somi’s 7 Day Plant-Based Challenge e-book.
    First off I didn’t buy the book to go on the challenge, although Somi’s plan looks to be well thought out and would be very easy to follow and affordable. I bought the e-book because I love the author’s easy and quick recipes and I wanted to support Somi’s huge efforts to bring better health to people. I do not know Somi other than her Instagram page. That said, the recipes are healthy, delicious, quick and affordable. The meals are well balanced with just enough carbohydrates, for energy, good fats and fiber to satisfy your hunger.
    Near the end of the e-book Somi provides information on how to create your own vegan meals, and a very helpful section on vegan replacements for things like butter, cheese, eggs, etc…
    It is my belief that we should support people who are trying to make our world a better place and Somi is one of those wonderful persons making a difference. Thanks Somi!
