    I love the ebook! The recipes look… Wholesome, are very quick to prepare. That is a huge plus for my lifestyle. The ingredients are easy to find even in Nebraska where I live. All the recipes sound DELICIOUS judging by the combinations of ingredients. I found one recipe that will be my first to try the Aubergine, Mushroom, Chickpea Tagine. I had to Google Aubergine duh eggplant, I love eggplant. Thanks so much for your recipe book. All of the recipes can be prepared even when I’m camping! By the way I only know Somi from her Instagram posts, so this is an honest review.

    this book is amazing! the recipes are simple, honestly its great to know you can have perfectly healthy means in 15-30mins tops. Healthy meals under 30mins are a huge plus for me because i am way to busy! The meals look amazing and all the ones i have tried taste amazing!! Not to mention the ingredients are easily available and not overly pricey!!! So yay!
